Bars are stacked: green = actual won, yellow = forecast (expected value = each open deal's amount × its win probability). Past months are all green (won). The current month is live - green is what's already won this month and yellow is the forecast still expected to close, so the bar totals the likely month-end figure. Future months are all yellow. Deals sit in the month of their anticipated close date. The win probability uses a fallback ladder: the AM's win rate for that deal category, else the AM overall, else the category overall, else global — always the most specific rate with at least 5 closed deals (shown in the drill-down). Toggle Unweighted to see raw open value (best case). The category ticks filter which deals are included; respects the global Territory scope. Notes: (1) uses each deal's current amount. (2) “On hold” deals stay open (never counted as won/lost). (3) Open deals whose anticipated close date is already in the past are rolled into the current month and highlighted in the overdue table below to be re-dated.
